“Thank you, Raven Institute for coordinating RavenSPEAK Amplified. It was a tremendous honour to be a part of this amazing event. We are in a critical time of surfacing our stories and strengthening our voices. We need big stages and mic’s to reach modern audiences and show the world that we are still here. It is our right to share our truths and experiences, and be our best self. Thank you for celebrating these phenomenal leaders and giving them the platform, they deserve.”

"As someone who has dedicated my life to building a powerful platform for women to Find Their Voice and Take Their Lead, I cannot fully express my gratitude to you for inviting me to speak at the inaugural RavenSPEAK event.
The evening held me. I felt accepted, heard, and respected for Who I Am and Why I'm Here. Thank you.
Your mission through RavenSPEAK is to AMPLIFY the voice of Indigenous Peoples, and I raise my hands to you in this important work. Now is the time. You are the leader of this important work. It has begun. It is a living, breathing, and wise body of work waiting to be explored....
READY... TO RISE."

Charlene SanJenko, Founder & CEO PowHERhouse
“The process of #Reconciliation requires us to take time to #SpeakTruth #CreateAwareness & #RebuildRelationships so our shared future is based on respect and equity. #RavenSPEAK provides a platform for this work & participation by non-Indigenous people is crucial #AMPLIFIED”

Laurie Sterritt | Producer, Indigenous Women’s Leadership Summit
"The impact of RavenSPEAK: Amplified is the potential to access wide audiences - inspiring both Indigenous and non-Indigenous leaders to pause, reflect on the personal leadership calling and then to get more compelled to be action oriented over time. I enjoy the opportunities that connect me with Indigenous worldviews. It helps me identify the contrasts and the commonalities. It helps me to become a stronger bridge builder with more understanding, every single time.
The variety of leadership storytelling was well curated; the execution of the event was top notch!"

Rebecca Clapperton
“RavenSPEAK!! Bringing two worlds together through dialogue.
Powerful. Inspiring. Uplifting.
Talk. Listen. Repeat.”
Inez Cook | Owner Salmon n’ Bannock Bistro
"Many thanks to you, Teara and Kiana, your team for this event to bring forward new ideas and thoughts for our world to hear and see. We have lots to learn and lots to share that brings light into the world. You allow the candles to shine and this will soon rise into brightness we so need in all of our journeys.
Wai Lim’Limpt - thank you."

With Respect, Chief Harvey McLeod
"This was a valuable evening spent listening to a wide range of speakers, with something for everyone. A bonus was the opportunity to connect directly with speakers and attendees prior to the session and during the reception.
Congratulations on a great event!"

Katherine Jones | Human Resources Director Aramark Canada West
"RavenSPEAK: Amplified was an extraordinary evening. The speakers provided me with new perspectives, thoughts and ideas. I couldn't wait to hear each and every speaker and what they had to share with us. It was inclusive and I felt like I belonged. The Indigenous voice needs to be heard in this country and it's happening. Bravo!"
